Newegg has this CONAIR NE163 9-Piece Personal Grooming Kit for $9.99 with free shipping. This is a good deal for the Conair NE163. I personally like the look of this nose hair trimmer, but some may not, it has a rubber coating so its probably nice to hold.
The reviews for this one are mixed but generally positive with some people complaining about it not being rechargeable, but it only takes 1 AA battery, like a lot of other trimmers, and has the benefit of not having a clumsy cord.

The nose and ear trimmer is powered by 1 AA battery which is of course not included. Also, it appears to be washable although I’m not really sure you can count on using it in the shower or anything given the fairly low quality. Finally, it has steel blades and comes with a protective cap.
